Chase Bays 14" Tucked Aluminum Radiator
This Dual pass design paired with a full shroud and 2qty 12" fans this unit is capable of pumping out over 1850CFM of flow. It will be overkill for the evo's cooling needs.
Overview:
- All Aluminum Construction.
- Every radiator is pressure tested for leaks.
- Mounts under your core support for more clearance and less clutter.
- Optional outlets, -16AN or OEM style.
- Upper/Lower outlets can be placed on either the driver or passenger side of radiator.
- Dual pass design.

Project Update 2.10.15:
- My Mil.spec seals came in. Went to install the final one and pinched the lip. . I need to order a new one at this point, but its my fault for rushing it.
-Ordered OEM paint from automotive touch up paint. 2qty of Black 1qty of their glossy clear. should be here in the next week. I plan to re-spray my entire core support once all the cutting is done.
-Also placed a order for some powder coating products this weekend.

Update 2.11.15
-Got some new Works seals to replace the one Mil.Spec seal I damaged.
2.13.15 Update.
-Received a package from Automotive Touchup today. I will be able to give my front core support a fresh OEM finish after all the trimming is completed.
2.18.15 Project Update:
-All my powder showed up from Prismatic powders. I went with Bentley blue and Mega Grey.
-Aero Catch Hood Latches arrived this weekend.
-I found the correct size GM rad cap to fit my inline filler neck.
-Reinstalled my Throttle body butterfly, and added blue loctite to the screws for added protection.
-Started extending wires with the help of Chris H from Moore Automotive. After I find some better solder wire the harness should be complete by the following weekend.
2.19.15 Project Update.
Wire extension for the engine bay are now completed. I have moved on to looming the rest of the harness.

Not much of an update as of now.
I have been doing more housework in my spare time then messing with the car.
I have received a couple goodies from STM last week.
Got my Throttle body re-assembled painted and mounted to my intake manifold.
3.9.15 Built update.
I received my Fender mod kit this week from Jhurley_EvoVIII on Evom
I got my Chase Bays dual pass radiator back from Moore Automotive with -16an fittings welded on.
Completed my battery relocation this past weekend. I really like the way this turned out.

Build Update 3.12.15
Got a few items back from powder coating last night.
This color didn't come out right. I was aware I needed a Super chrome base coat.
Most of the coolant items were done in Mega Grey along with my dipstick.
All installed with fresh hardware and Mishimoto T-Stat
3.16.15 Build Update
My CW style carbon hood arrived from Seibon this past Friday.
3.17.15 Build Update.
Got my MPfab catch can installed today. Very happy to have this unit.
I also Installed my Coolant tank, power steering reservoir and ran new lines. I also reinstalled my ACD in the stock location. I'm running out of time to get this car started and relocating items is not high on the priority list.
Intake Manifold is back in along with a coupler other items. Getting closer.
3.23.15 Build Update.
Completed a couple more things this weekend. Radium Fuel rail and PTE injectors installed.
FiD shifter cable bushing installed.
Fender mod installed.
Chase bays radiator and ETS FMIC back bolted in.
